A favored guidance composite shows generally lower than normal
moisture and rising mid-upper heights into next week. As the
pattern flips to ridging aloft, this will further promote drier
than normal conditions across the state. Weakened trades are
expected to gradually restrengthen later weekend and next week
back to moderate or breezy levels as more typical high pressure
develops and bridges to the north of the state. Moisture levels
may also finally tick up to normal or slightly above normal later
next week for some possible increase in showers, but coverage
still may be relatively limited under lingering upper ridging.
