The low pressure system is forecast to move slowly northeastward
across the Ohio Valley tonight through Sunday and will move into
the Lower Great Lakes by Monday. The low combined with tropical
moisture will continue to cause heavy rain across the Ohio Valley
tonight. The heaviest rain will spread into portions of the Lower
Great Lakes region and Mid-Atlantic states by Sunday afternoon.
Additional rainfall totals of over 5 inches will be widespread
throughout those regions, with locally higher amounts. Flooding
and flash flooding are likely, and a high risk of excessive
rainfall is in effect for tonight for parts of southeastern
Indiana, southwestern Ohio and northern Kentucky.

The next storm summary will be issued by the Weather Prediction
Center at 500 AM EDT. Please refer to your local National Weather
Service office for additional information on this event.
