Mississippi Valley and Southeast... 

Flood Watches are in effect across portions of the Mississippi
Valley and Southeast.

Wind Advisories are in effect across much of the Lower Mississippi
Valley and Southeast.

Multiple Flash Flood Warnings continue across portions of the
Florida Panhandle and southeast Georgia.

Flood Warnings are ongoing across many streams in the Lower
Mississippi Valley and Southeast.

At 900 PM CDT...Regional radar mosaic and surface observations
depict a complex of heavy thunderstorms which were gradually
translating eastward across portions of southeast Alabama, Florida
Panhandle, and much of Georgia ahead of a returning warm front. A
separate area of widespread shower activity was noted along a
draped stationary front across the Lower Mississippi Valley, which
extended into the Ohio River Valley.
