Hurricane Fox - October 21-29,
1952
An area of disturbed weather formed in the western Caribbean sea
north of Panama on October 21st.
Moving northward, the system organized into a hurricane, and moved east
of Swan Island and across
west-central Cuba as a compact major hurricane on the 24th. The
hurricane then turned east-northeast,
weaving through the Bahamas before becoming a weak extratropical low
west of Bermuda on the 28th.
