A favored guidance composite shows weakening trades with amplified
upper trough reinforcement to the north of the state and as an
associated front settles to the northwest and north of the state.
Expect transition from modest windward terrain showers to areas
favored by land/sea breeze convergence. Tropical moisture and some
heavier downpours may feed into the islands from the southeast
late week through the weekend in response to a weakness aloft and
as trades return a windward terrain focus.
