The Hawaii domain should enjoy a relatively uneventful week of
weather through early next week as the region will be near the
western edge of a mid-latitude high and south of any frontal
passages from the central Pacific.  There should be a general col
within the subtropical ridge axis by the end of the week, and this
will result in lighter trade winds compared to the more breezy
conditions expected during the short-range period, when the
pressure gradient will be stronger.  By Sunday into Monday, a very
strong low pressure system tracks well to the northwest of the
state, and may result in increased rough surf for early next week
for the western-most islands, but far enough away to prevent
strong winds or heavy rain to the state.  Speaking of rainfall,
most days should have the typical trade wind enhanced showers
across the favored terrain.
