A preferred composite of reasonably clustered model and ensemble
mid-larger scale guidance should tend to mitigate smaller scale
guidance variance consistent with a pattern with average to better
overall predictability. Expect normal to below normal moisture
levels will persist early week in a pattern with weakened trades
and mainly limited windward and mauka showers. There then remains
potential for tropical moisture to increase Tuesday-Thursday under
a mean upper trough that could fuel some more showers, but drier
trades are slated to return later week through the weekend as high
pressure bridges to the north of the state.
