The latest model guidance shows relatively good agreement on the
synoptic scale over the region through the next 7 days.  The main
subtropical high will remain in place north of the Islands through
Wednesday, and then the high becomes centered northeast of the
state by the end of the week.  The high then builds back in across
the mid-latitudes by the weekend and reinforces the trade wind
pattern.  Aloft, a weak inverted trough is likely across the
central and western Islands for the early part of the week.  In
terms of rainfall, nothing major appears on the weather horizon,
except for the normal terrain enhanced showers, with the deep
moisture from the ITCZ remaining well south of the state.
