There continues to be very good agreement in the guidance for a
stable and dry weather pattern over Hawaii dominated by a strong
upper ridge parked over the islands through at least the next
week. A weakening front moving through the state Wednesday to
Thursday could bring a brief chance of showers, mainly along the
favorable windward facing slopes. After this, easterly winds will
return into early next week with some shift towards
south-southeasterly winds in resonse to a cold front to the north
of Hawaii mid next week.
