Surface high pressure situated to the north of the Islands should
support moderate to breezy trades through the end of this week. 
Upper level troughing over the state will combine with trades to
produce scattered and windward terrain enhanced showers/downpours
at times, but the core of heaviest rainfall will likely remain
well to the southwest of the state.  This surface high should
weaken some this weekend as a col briefly develops in the ridge
axis, and this should result in slightly weaker trade wind flow,
before the winds increase again early next week as a stronger
surface high builds in between 35 and 40 degrees north.
