A favored composite of well clustered model guidance has broad
ensemble support overall in a pattern with average to above
average predictability. Development and slow passage of an
amplified mid-latitude low to the north of the state over the next
couple of days should disrupt trades and work a trailing cold
front along with increasing chances for enhanced rains over the
islands. The front should then stall across the state in the wake
of the system and continue to act to pool deeper moisture to fuel
some local downpours. The front should slowly lose influence over
the weekend and usher in return of moderate trades into next week
as high pressure bridges to the north of the state.
