Latest guidance continues to indicate that high pressure bridged
to the north and northeast of the state should favor breezy island
trades that may slightly ease over time. Embedded upper impulses
and eventual weakness aloft should combine with pockets of
relatively deeper moisture embedded within the trade flow to
periodically fuel a shower focus over favored windward terrain.
Overall, a composite blend of generally compatible models and
ensembles seems reasonable for the next week.
