Improving weather can be expected across the Islands by later
Monday night after the remnants of former T.S. Fernanda pass by to
the south.  Trades will return to a generally easterly direction
by Tuesday and beyond at speeds of 10-20 mph in most cases, with
some occasional variances to ENE or ESE.  The main subtropical
high is expected to remain well northeast of the state near
40N/150W through next weekend, with no significant incursion of
deep tropical moisture into the region beyond Monday night based
on the latest model guidance.
