High pressure holding strong to the north of Hawaii through the
next week should keep a fairly normal trade wind pattern in place,
with some variability in speeds, especially next weekend as high
pressure strengthens well to the north. Showers will tend to focus
over windward/mountain areas but could extend over some leeward
locations as trade winds briefly increase today into Monday and as
a pocket of slightly enhanced moisture moves into the region.
