Model and ensemble solutions remain reasonably well clustered over
much of the next week, bolstering forecast confidence in the
overall pattern. Breezy easterly trades should be the norm over
the islands into the weekend and with reinforcement early next
week of surface high pressure to the north of the state. Expect
mainly windward and mauka daily shower activity, with with some
showers into leeward areas, all under a favorable upper trough
position and locally fueled by pooling moisture.
