An upper low over Hawaii will continue to support some increased
rainfall through about Wednesday before it weakens and moves east
of the islands. Behind this, a cold front and deepening trough
will drop into the region bringing moderately strong northerly
winds spreading from west to east across the state following the
frontal passage. More stable and drier conditions should return
Friday and beyond as upper ridging moves in over the state and
weak high pressure becomes re-established to the north.
