A preffered composite of reasonably clustered model and ensemble
guidance indicates that island trades should reach more breezy 
levels over the next few days as high pressure bridges to the 
north of the state. Upper trough proximity from the west and 
frontal stalling just to the north and west of the islands favors
moisture pooling across the state. Shower coverage with some 
enhanced rain totals may linger into early week. More typical 
trade winds may return midweek as moisture levels gradually fall 
as the trough loses some influence, but flow may revamp some later
week into next weekend.
