A preferred model and ensemble mean composite of reasonably well 
clustered guidance favors a drier trade flow pattern for the rest
of the regular workweek as moisture levels gradually decrease as 
nearby upper troughing loses influence and as surface high 
pressure bridges to the north then northeast of the state. 
Guidance then signals passage of an energetic mid-latitude upper 
trough to the north of the state later weekend and early next 
week that would disrupt island trades while forcing a moisture 
pooling and enhanced rainfall focusing cold front into the islands
early next week to monitor.
