On Wednesday the eastward departure and opening of a nearby upper
low will lead to dissipation of the surface trough that has been
over the state early this week. Expect trades to be light to
moderate initially, but trending more brisk Friday onward with
influence from one surface high passing by to the north around
Friday and another next Tuesday-Wednesday. Guidance is consistent
in showing precipitable water values settling at below normal 
values from Friday into at least early next week while upper
ridging prevails over/north of the state. Thus anticipate mostly
light to moderate showers focused primarily over windward/mountain
areas.
