Guidance continues to show a persistent easterly trade wind pattern
over the next week or so featuring upper ridging over the main 
islands into at least the middle of next week. An upper low out of
the Gulf of Alaska will extend troughing towards Hawaii around
next Thursday, which may support higher moisture and some increase
in windward/mountain-focused showers. Developing surface high
pressure to the north of Hawaii later in the week will support an
increase in wind speeds into next weekend.
