Hawaii Extended Forecast Discussion NWS Weather Prediction Center College Park MD 337 AM EDT Tue Jun 10 2025 Valid 00Z Wed 11 Jun 2025 - 00Z Wed 18 Jun 2025 Surface high pressure will be anchored well north of the Islands through the end of the week, with the state on the southwest periphery of the high. This will generally result in easterly to ESE low level flow, with the typical terrain enhanced showers expected most days. Looking ahead to the weekend, the surface high likely becomes established north of the state near 35 degrees north, and a stronger pressure gradient will result in stronger easterly to ENE flow. The model guidance is generally in good agreement on this scenario. No frontal boundaries are expected to approach the Islands through the next 7 days, and no major areas of organized rainfall are forecast. Hamrick
