A weak trough will promote muggy conditions and some showers
Monday as it moves west over Kauai. Meanwhile trades should be
light to moderate. But trades are forecast to increase Tuesday-
Wednesday to breezy levels, coincident with a tightening pressure
gradient as Tropical Storm Iona passes south of the state. Drier
air is also likely as Iona's moisture stays south of the state. 
Breezy trades should continue into later week and the weekend as 
subtropical surface high pressure sets up north of Hawaii. The 
model consensus is for below normal moisture to continue as well.
