Trades will increase late Tuesday/early Wednesday before 
slackening a bit Thursday as an upper low moves westward along 
30N. Thereafter, models generally agree on rising heights and 
another increase in trades into/through the weekend into next 
week. However, the atmosphere will generally remain drier than 
normal with little rainfall except over windward and mauka areas.
