...Eyes on current Hurricane Kiko for possible Hawaii impacts...

An upper low is forecast to drop south toward the state over the
next few days and lead to some increase in moisture/showers with 
induction of weak surface troughing. Guidance is quite well 
clustered for this scenario, bolstering forecast confidence.

However, hazardous weather interest is increasingly turning to 
Kiko and its approach northwestward toward the state with a 
forecast track to the north of the Islands later Monday into
Wednesday when Kiko is forecast to weaken to a tropical storm. 
Please continue to follow the NHC/CPHC forecast track of the 
system for the most updated information. Generally, Kiko's 
offshore track gives potential to support surf and coastal 
flooding threats to monitor. Guidance overall agrees to show a 
return to a moderate trade flow and shower pattern by later week 
in the wake of Kiko.
