...Eyes on current Hurricane Kiko for possible Hawaii impacts...

An upper trough/low now dropped toward the state has lead to some
increase in moisture/showers with induction of surface troughing.
However, interest remains with Kiko's northwestward approach 
toward the state with a forecast track to the north of the Islands
later Monday into Wednesday as Kiko weakens to a tropical storm. 
Please continue to follow the NHC/CPHC forecast track of the 
system for the most updated information. Generally, Kiko's 
offshore track gives potential to support surf and coastal 
flooding threats to monitor. Guidance overall agrees to show a 
return to a moderate trade flow and shower pattern by later week 
in the wake of Kiko.
