Drier than normal trade winds prevail through the week under
persistent upper ridging. A tropical wave passes to the south 
Wednesday night with some enhanced rain potential for the windward
portions of the Big Island. Otherwise, expect only some windward 
showers daily with little dry/drought relief expected this week.
