High pressure will build across the region today and persist 
through most of the week with typical trade winds and showers over
favored locations. A cold front is expected approach the state 
from the north next weekend, bringing chances for increased 
precipitation and gusty winds. The weakening frontal boundary may 
linger over the state into early next week as an upper level
cutoff low forms northeast of the region.
