Weak boundaries will migrate across the eastern two thirds of the country. Showers and thunderstorms will develop across the Ohio Valley Central/Southern Appalachians on Wednesday and redevelop over the Ohio/Tennessee Valleys and move into the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic on Thursday. Additional showers and thunderstorms will develop over parts of the Upper Mississippi Valley moving into the Great Lakes by Wednesday evening and lingering over the Great Lakes on Thursday. Meanwhile, upper-level disturbances over the Southeast will trigger showers and thunderstorms over Southeast Coast on Wednesday evening, expanding inland on Thursday over the Southeast. In addition, upper-level low off the Northwest Coast will produce rain over parts of the Pacific Northwest/Northern California through Thursday morning, when upper-level ridging develops over the Northwest.
