An upper-level low over North-Central Mexico will slowly move eastward to the Southern Plains by Friday. Circulation around the upper-low will aid in streaming moisture from the Gulf of Mexico over the Southern Plains/Lower Mississippi Valley. Showers and thunderstorms will develop over the Central/Southern Rockies eastward to the Lower Mississippi Valley with a strong daytime heating component to the areal coverage of the storms. By Friday the showers and thunderstorm will be confined to the Southern Plains/Lower Mississippi Valley. A second upper-level low over the Upper Mississippi Valley/Upper Great Lakes will slowly weaken and lift northeastward into Southeastern Canada by Friday. Showers and thunderstorms will develop along and ahead of the associated front from the Great Lakes to the Ohio Valley into parts of the Middle Mississippi Valley/Southern Plains that will move eastward to the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic then westward to the Lower Mississippi Valley by Friday morning. In addition, rain will develop over parts of the Upper Mississippi Valley that will move eastward into Eastern Ontario by Thursday evening. Meanwhile, onshore flow and a plume of moisture from the Pacific will aid in producing rain over parts of the Pacific Northwest and the Northern Intermountain Region through late Thursday evening. Additionally, a developing weak front over the Northern Rockies on Thursday morning will move eastward to the Northern Plains by Friday. Showers and thunderstorms will develop ahead of the boundary over the Northern Plains into parts of the Upper Mississippi Valley on Thursday evening into Friday. Elsewhere, the remnants of Bonnie will remain off the Carolina/Southern Mid-Atlantic Coast producing showers and thunderstorms over part of the Carolina/Southern Mid-Atlantic Coast through Friday. Circulation around Bonnie will stream tropical moisture into parts of the Mid-Atlantic through Friday morning. Daytime heating will aid in producing showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Mid-Atlantic during the afternoon and evening hours of Wednesday into Thursday. Similarly, tropical moisture will be over the Lower Mississippi Valley eastward to the Southeast in combination of daytime heating will produce showers and thunderstorms over the area on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon and evening.
