A second clipper races across the Upper Mississippi Valley to the Ohio Valley... ...Temperatures will be 10 to 15 degrees below average across the Ohio Valley to the Southeast... A clipper over the Lower Great Lakes/Northern Mid-Atlantic will move quickly off the Northeast Coast by Saturday evening. The system will produce light snow over parts of the Central Appalachian/Lower Great Lakes that will move into the Northeast by Saturday evening. Light rain will develop along parts of Southern New England by Saturday morning, moving into parts of the Northern New England Coast by Saturday evening. Snow will linger over parts of Northern New England on Sunday morning. A second clipper will move out of South-Central Canada across the Upper Mississippi Valley into the Ohio Valley, then begin to dissipate over the Central Appalachians by Sunday morning. Likewise, the system will produce snow over the area into the Central Appalachians by Sunday morning. In addition, another front over South-Central Canada will move southeastward into the Upper Great Lakes/Northern Plains on Sunday morning.
