A storm over the Central/Northern Plains will inch its way eastward to the Middle Mississippi Valley by Tuesday evening. The system will produce showers and thunderstorms from the Central Gulf Coast to the Ohio Valley/Central Plains moving eastward to Mid-Atlantic/Southeast to the Ohio Valley/Great Lakes by Tuesday. Rain will also develop over the Central/Northern Plains into parts of the Upper Mississippi Valley advancing eastward to the Great Lakes/Upper Mississippi Valley and expanding into the Northeast Monday evening into Tuesday. In addition, snow will develop over parts of the Northern High Plains on Monday morning changing over to rain by Monday evening. The snow will redevelop over parts of the Northern Plains/Northern High Plains by Tuesday morning, then moving into Southern Canada by Tuesday evening.
