Slow moving storm over the Middle Mississippi Valley will inch over to the Upper Great Lakes by Wednesday. Showers and thunderstorms will develop from the Central Gulf Coast to the Great Lakes/Mid-Atlantic on Tuesday into Wednesday morning. The showers and thunderstorms will extend from the Northern Mid-Atlantic to parts of the Southeast by Wednesday evening. Rain will also develop over parts of the Upper Mississippi Valley/Great Lakes moving into the Northeast by Wednesday evening. Meanwhile, snow will develop over parts of the Northern High Plains/Northern Plains settling into parts of the Central Rockies/High Plains Tuesday into Wednesday morning.
