A storm over the Great Lakes will move northeastward into Canada by Thursday evening. The system will produce showers and thunderstorms from parts of the Mid-Atlantic southward to the Southeast Coast that will move off the Mid-Atlantic Coast by Friday morning. Showers and thunderstorms will continue over parts of Florida through Friday evening. Rain will develop over parts of the Central/Eastern Gulf Coast on Friday. In addition, rain will develop over the Upper Great Lakes into the Northeast through early Friday morning. Meanwhile, a front over West-Central Canada will move southeastward to the Upper Mississippi Valley/Central Plains to the Northern High Plains on Friday. Rain will develop over parts of Northern Plains on Thursday evening moving into the Upper Great Lakes by Friday evening. Upslope flow will aid in producing light rain over parts of the Northern High Plains on Friday. A third front will move onshore over the Pacific Northwest on Friday. Light rain will develop over parts of the Pacific Northwest Coast by Friday evening. Additionally, upper-level energy will aid in producing scattered small areas of light snow over parts of the Southern Rockies on Thursday.
