Upper-level energy over the Southeast/Central Gulf Coast along with moisture flowing northward out the Eastern Gulf Coast will trigger showers and thunderstorms over the Southeast/Southern Mid-Atlantic into parts of the Central/Southern Appalachian and the Central Gulf Coast through Friday. A storm over the Upper Midwest will move northeastward into Southeastern Canada Thursday night into Friday morning. Moisture will pool along the associated front aiding in the development of showers and thunderstorm over the Northern High Plains eastward to parts of the Upper Great Lakes on Thursday. On Thursday night into Friday morning, the showers and thunderstorms over the Upper Great Lakes will move into the Great Lakes. In addition, showers and thunderstorms will develop along and near the associated front over the Central Plains to Middle Mississippi Valley. Additionally, upper-level energy over the Central/Southern Rockies will trigger showers and thunderstorms over parts of the region late Thursday afternoon into Thursday evening. Meanwhile, moisture associated with T. D. Dolly and flow off the Western Gulf of Mexico will produce showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Western Gulf Coast through Friday.
