Impulses of energy rotating around an upper-level low over Ontario will aid in triggering showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Central/Southern Appalachians on Monday evening. An area of showers and thunderstorms will also develop over parts of the Tennessee Valley/Lower Mississippi Valley overnight Monday that will move off New England Coast by Wednesday, ahead of the next impulse of energy. In addition, light to moderate rain will develop over parts of the Lower Great Lakes/Northern New England moving into Northern New England by Tuesday evening. Likewise ahead of the next bundle of energy, an area of rain will develop over parts of the Middle Missouri Valley by Monday evening and intensify to light to moderate rain over parts of the Western Ohio Valley by Tuesday morning. The area of light to moderate rain will move across the Lower Great Lakes and into the Northeast by Wednesday morning. Meanwhile, an old boundary off the Southeast Coast of Florida and easterly flow off the Atlantic will aid in producing showers and thunderstorms over the area through Wednesday. Additionally, disorganized upper-level energy over Southwestern Canada will aid in producing rain over parts of the Northern High Plains on Wednesday morning. Moisture from T. S. Simon will move into the Southwest Tuesday into Wednesday morning producing showers and thunderstorms over parts of Southeastern California and the Southwest Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday. Furthermore, southeasterly flow off the Western Gulf of Mexico will produce showers and thunderstorms along the Western and Central Gulf Coast by Wednesday morning.
