A storm over the Upper Great Lakes will move northeastward to James Bay by Wednesday. Moisture pooling along the associated front will aid in producing showers and thunderstorms from parts of the Southern Plains to the Upper Great Lakes that will move eastward to the Ohio Valley/Southern Plains by Tuesday evening before retreating to Central Gulf Coast State/Lower Mississippi Valley by Wednesday. Rain will also develop along the boundary from the Northern Appalachians to parts of the Eastern Ohio Valley that will move into New England/Mid-Atlantic and southwestward into parts of the Tennessee Valley Tuesday evening into Wednesday. In addition, rain will develop over parts of the Upper Midwest that will move into the Upper Great Lakes Tuesday evening into Wednesday. Meanwhile, a front off the Northwest Coast will move inland and begin to dissipate by Wednesday morning over parts of the Pacific Northwest. The boundary will aid in producing light to moderate rain along the Washington State Coast through to Tuesday evening. Rain will continue over the Northwest Coast on Wednesday.
