A storm over the Upper Great Lakes will move northeastward into Eastern Canada by Monday night. The associated cold front will move from the Upper Great Lakes/Southern Plains to just off the East coast by Tuesday morning. The system will produce light to moderate rain from the Mid-Atlantic to the Upper Great Lakes/Middle Mississippi Valley. The light to moderate rain will move into the Northeast by Monday morning and move out of the Great Lakes/Northeast by Monday night. Snow will develop over parts of the Upper Great Lakes on Monday afternoon and expand eastward across the Great Lakes by Tuesday morning. In addition, showers and thunderstorms will develop over parts of the Southeast and Florida that will move southeastward into Florida by Monday evening/Tuesday morning. Light to moderate rain will develop over parts of Northern Florida by Tuesday morning. Meanwhile, upper-level energy over the Pacific Northwest will move southeastward to the Lower Rio Grande Valley by Tuesday. The energy will produce rain over parts of the Northwest on Sunday evening and snow over parts of the Northern/Central Rockies through Tuesday morning. Onshore flow off the Pacific will produce rain over parts of the Pacific Northwest Coast on Monday evening that will become light to moderate over some areas as far inland as parts of the Northern Intermountain Region by Tuesday.
