Low pressure over the Northern High Plains will move eastward to the Upper Great Lakes by Wednesday. Rain will develop over parts of the Northern High Plains/Central Plains that will move eastward to the Lower Great Lakes while the intensity increases to light to moderate rain by Wednesday morning. Snow will also develop over parts of the parts of the Northern/Central Rockies through Tuesday morning. In addition, showers and thunderstorms will develop over parts of the Central Plains and move to the Ohio Valley by Wednesday. Furthermore, a ribbon of rain/freezing rain will develop over parts of the Middle Mississippi Valley on Tuesday morning and parts of the Upper Great Lakes on Wednesday morning. Another system moving onshore over the West Coast will move eastward to the Upper Midwest by Wednesday. The storm will produce light to moderate rain along parts of the Pacific Northwest and Northern California Coast through Tuesday afternoon. Snow will develop over parts of the Northern Intermountain Region moving eastward to the Northern Plains by Tuesday evening. Snow will develop over parts of the Upper Mississippi Valley and the Upper Great Lakes on Wednesday morning. Light snow will also linger over parts of the Northern/Central Rockies on Wednesday morning. By Wednesday, another boundary will come onshore over the Pacific Northwest. The system will produce light and moderate rain over the Northwest Coast and light snow at higher elevations. Elsewhere, a weakening front over the Southeast will slowly move off the Florida Coast and dissipate by Tuesday night.
