An upper-level low over the Southeast will be quasi-stationary through Thursday. Moisture off the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic will aid in developing showers and thunderstorms from the Central Gulf Coast eastward to the Southeast and the Southern Mid-Atlantic through Thursday. Rain will also develop over parts of the Northern Mid-Atlantic and into parts of the Ohio Valley, likewise, through Thursday. Another quasi-stationary front extending across the Upper Midwest into the Northern/Central Rockies along with upper-level troughing will aid in producing showers and thunderstorms over the Upper Midwest into the Northern/Central Rockies and into parts of the Pacific Northwest from Tuesday evening into Thursday.
