A weak front extending from the Lower Great Lakes to the Northern Mid-Atlantic Coast will move off Southern New England Coast/Northern Mid-Atlantic Coast by Tuesday morning. Moisture pooling near the boundary will aid in producing showers and thunderstorms from the Lower Great Lakes to the Northern Mid-Atlantic Coast that will move into Southern New England on Monday evening before ending by Tuesday morning. In addition, rain will develop over parts of the Northern Appalachians into Northern New England by Monday morning moving off Northern New England Coast by Monday night. Another front extending from the Upper Great Lakes/Upper Mississippi Valley to the Central Plains/Great Basin will move southeastward to the Lower Great Lakes to the Southern Plains/Central High Plains by Tuesday. Moisture from the Western Gulf of Mexico will stream northward over the Plains and eastward into the Ohio Valley that will aid in producing showers and thunderstorms from parts of the Western/Central Gulf Coast to the Middle Mississippi Valley and the Ohio Valley into Monday morning. The boundary will also aid in producing showers and thunderstorms along and ahead of the front from parts of the Upper Mississippi Valley into the Central/Southern High Plains moving southeastward to the Lower Great Lakes/Ohio Valley to the Middle/Lower Mississippi Valley by Tuesday morning. Meanwhile, upper-level energy over the Southwest will move eastward to Middle Mississippi Valley by Tuesday. Showers and thunderstorms will develop over parts of the Southwest/Great Basin that will move into the Central Rockies by Monday morning. Additional upper-level energy over the Eastern Pacific will move onshore over the Pacific Northwest/Northern California by Monday evening moving to the Central Rockies by Tuesday morning. The energy will aid in producing showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Great Basin and the Northern/Central Rockies on Monday evening, expanding into the Northern Plains by Tuesday. Another upper-level disturbance over the Southern Rockies/Southern High Plains on Monday evening into Tuesday will produce showers and thunderstorms over the Southern Rockies/Southern High Plains into Tuesday morning. Additionally, an area of low pressure over the Gulf of Mexico will move northwestward to the Western Gulf Coast by Tuesday morning. The storm will produce showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Southern Plains into the Lower Mississippi Valley by Monday morning. The area of showers and thunderstorms will expand northward over the Southern Plains and Lower Mississippi Valley by Tuesday morning.
