D. Bill will produce heavy rain over parts of the Middle/Lower Mississippi Valley and the Tennessee Valley to parts of the Central Appalachians... A quasi-stationary front extending from the Northeast roughly southwestward to the Central Plains will sag southward to the Mid-Atlantic to the Middle Mississippi Valley before moving northward as a warm front over the Great Lakes to the Mid-Atlantic by Saturday evening. Showers and thunderstorms will develop along and near the boundary from the Northeast to the Ohio Valley that will move into parts of the Mid-Atlantic by Friday evening. In addition, the remains of T. D. Bill will slowly move northeastward from the Lower Mississippi Valley to the Central Appalachians by Saturday evening. The system will produce showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Middle/Lower Mississippi Valley and Tennessee Valley on Friday morning that will move roughly eastward to the Central Appalachian/Mid-Atlantic by Saturday evening. Meanwhile, a second front over parts of the Northern Plains to the Northern Intermountain Region will move eastward to the Upper Great Lakes to the Central Plains and westward to the parts of the Great Basin by Saturday. The boundary will also merge with the warm front moving northward into the Great Lakes by Saturday evening. The front will produce showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Northern Plains on Friday and expand into parts of the Upper Mississippi Valley by Friday evening. The showers and thunderstorms will move into the Great Lakes to parts of the Middle Mississippi Valley by Saturday evening.
