Moisture rich air streaming northward over Florida and upper-level energy will aid in producing showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Southeast and into parts of the Southern Mid-Atlantic through Tuesday. Likewise, moisture streaming northward off the Western Gulf of Mexico and upper-level energy over the Western Gulf Coast will produce showers and thunderstorms over the Texas Coast through Tuesday evening. Meanwhile, a front extending from the Northern Plains to parts of the Great Basin will develop a wave of low pressure over parts of the Northern High Plains will aid in lifting the boundary into the Upper Midwest on Tuesday. Showers and thunderstorms will develop over parts of the Northern Plains on Monday morning and over parts of the Upper Great Lakes on Tuesday. Elsewhere, persistent onshore flow off the Pacific will aid in producing showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Pacific Northwest through Tuesday evening. In addition, monsoonal moisture and daytime heating will aid in producing showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Southern/Central Rockies and parts of the Great Basin/Southwest on Monday and Tuesday.
