A quasi-stationary front extending from the Great Lakes to the Central/Southern Plains will be the focus from showers and thunderstorms along and ahead of the boundary from parts of the Southern High Plains to the Great Lakes through Wednesday morning. In addition, showers and thunderstorms will develop over parts of Northern New England from Tuesday into Wednesday. Meanwhile, upper-level energy over the Gulf Coast and moisture off the Atlantic will aid in producing showers and thunderstorms from the Southeast Coast to the Western Gulf Coast through Wednesday. Additionally, weak monsoonal moisture and daytime heating will produce showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Central/Southern Rockies and Southwest on Sunday and Monday afternoon into late evening.
