A storm over the Western Gulf Coast will move northeastward to the Tennessee Valley by Monday. The system will pull moisture off the Gulf of Mexico that will aid in producing showers and thunderstorms along the Western to Eastern Gulf Coast that will move to the Southeast/Eastern Gulf Coast by Monday. In addition, rain will develop over parts of the Lower Mississippi Valley into the Tennessee Valley that will move to the Southern Mid-Atlantic to the Southern Ohio Valley by Monday. Meanwhile, a front extending from the Upper Mississippi Valley southwestward to the Central Plains will move roughly eastward to off the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Coast by Monday morning. The storm will produce rain over parts of the Upper Mississippi Valley to the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley that will move eastward to the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic by Sunday morning and off the coast by Sunday evening. A third system over the Pacific Northwest will move inland to the Northern Plains while trailing a front roughly westward to the Great Basin to Southern California by Monday morning. A plume of moisture will accompany the front southward from the Pacific Northwest to Southern California by Monday. The storm will produce rain over parts of the Pacific Northwest and parts of Northern California eastward to the Northern Rockies/Northern High Plains on Saturday evening. The rain with in some areas embedded thunderstorms will expand into Central/Southern California and into the Great Basin/Central Rockies by Monday.
