Low pressure just off the Mid-Atlantic Coast will slowly move eastward out over the Western Atlantic by Wednesday evening. The system will produce rain from parts of the Great Lakes eastward to the Mid-Atlantic/Southern New England Coast by Tuesday morning that will move into the Northeast by Tuesday evening. The rain will likewise move mostly off the Northeast Coast, but linger over parts of Northern New England Coastal area by Wednesday evening. In addition as the associated front moves eastward, rain over the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Coast will end by Tuesday evening. Some rain will linger over the southeast coast of Florida through Wednesday. Meanwhile, a front extending from the Northern Plains roughly southwestward to the Southwest will move eastward to the Mississippi Valley/Western Gulf Coast by Wednesday. Lower elevation rain will develop over parts of Southern California and the Southwest on Tuesday. Snow will develop over parts of the higher elevations of the Great Basin and the Central Rockies on Tuesday, too. As the system moves onto the Southern/Central Plains, moisture from the Western Gulf of Mexico will move northward over the Southern/Central Plains into parts of the Middle/Upper Mississippi Valley. The moisture will aid in developing showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Central/Southern Plains on Tuesday evening into Tuesday night that will move into parts of the Mississippi Valley by Wednesday morning. As the associated front moves eastward, showers and thunderstorms will develop along and ahead of the boundary from the Western Gulf Coast/Lower Mississippi Valley into parts of the Upper Great Lakes/Western Ohio Valley by Wednesday evening. Rain will also develop over parts of the Northern Plains/Upper Mississippi Valley into parts of the Upper Great Lakes on Wednesday. Additionally, an area of snow will develop over parts of the Central High Plains on Wednesday morning. A third system will move onshore over the Pacific Northwest on Wednesday morning moving into parts of the Northern High Plains by Wednesday evening. Rain will develop over the Pacific Northwest Coast and lower elevations inland from Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday.
