A storm over Central/Southern Plains will move northeastward to the Upper Great Lakes by Monday evening. The system will produce showers and thunderstorms along and ahead of the associated front from the Southern Plains into parts of the Southeast by Monday morning. Rain will also develop over parts of the Central/Southern Plains and the Lower/Middle Mississippi Valley into parts of the Upper Mississippi Valley/Upper Great Lakes will move eastward to the East Coast by Monday evening, while lingering over the Great Lakes. Snow will develop over parts of the Southern/Central High Plains and move into parts of the Central Plains through Monday morning. Meanwhile, a second system over the Pacific Northwest into Northern California will move eastward to the Rockies by Monday evening. Rain and higher elevation snow will develop over the Pacific Northwest/Northern California that will move into parts of Southern California to parts of the Great Basin/Southwest by Monday morning. The rain and higher elevation snow will taper off over Central/Southern California by Monday evening while moving into parts of the Central/Southern Rockies. Rain and higher elevation snow will continue over parts of the Pacific Northwest into Northern California through Monday evening. Likewise, snow and lower elevation rain will develop over parts of the Northern Intermountain Region/Northern Rockies moving into parts of the Northern High Plains by Monday evening.
