A front over parts of the Northern Rockies to parts of the Great Basin will move eastward to the Upper Mississippi Valley to Central High Plains to parts of the Great Basin by late Saturday night. In addition, the boundary will link up with a front moving south and eastward over Central Canada to Northern New England on Saturday night. The system over Northern Rockies will produce rain and higher elevation snow over parts of the Pacific Northwest eastward to parts of the Northern Intermountain Region through early Sunday morning. The snow and rain will move out of the Northern High Plains by Sunday morning as light snow develops over parts of the Northern Plain into the Upper Great Lakes. The snow and some areas of rain will move out of the Northern Plains on Sunday afternoon into parts of the Great Lakes by Sunday evening. Likewise, snow will develop over parts of Northern New England late Saturday night into Sunday morning and continue into Sunday evening. On Sunday morning another front will move onshore over the Pacific Northwest and parts of Northern California moving inland to parts of the Northern Intermountain Region to parts of Central California by Sunday evening. Rain will develop over parts of the Northwest Coast on Sunday morning as snow levels lower as the associated front moves farther inland, snow will develop over parts of the Cascades and the Olympic Peninsula by Sunday evening. Snow and lower elevation rain will move into parts of the Northern Intermountain Region and Northern Rockies on Sunday afternoon and evening.
