A storm over parts of the Middle Mississippi Valley/Ohio Valley will move northeastward to Labrador by Wednesday evening. Showers and thunderstorms will develop along and ahead of the associated front from parts of the Southern Plains to Western Ohio Valley, on Tuesday morning, that will move eastward to the Southern Mid-Atlantic Coast to the Eastern Gulf Coast by Wednesday morning. Snow will also develop over parts of the Middle Mississippi Valley eastward to the Great Lakes that will move into parts of the Western Ohio Valley by Tuesday evening. Rain will develop over parts of the Eastern portion of the Ohio Valley on Tuesday afternoon and evening and move northeastward to parts of New England to the Northern Mid-Atlantic Coast by Wednesday morning and off the coast by Wednesday evening. The snow over the Great Lakes will move eastward to parts of the Northern/Central Appalachians by Wednesday morning and to parts of Northern New England by Wednesday evening. Meanwhile, a front moving onshore over the Northwest Coast will move inland and develop a deep low over the Central Plains by Wednesday evening. The system will produce rain and higher elevation snow over the Pacific Northwest and parts of the Northern Intermountain Region/Northern Rockies on Tuesday morning. Snow and lower elevation rain will expand into parts of the Northern High Plain/Central Rockies by Tuesday evening as rain moves onshore over Northern California. Rain and snow will continue from parts of the Pacific Northwest to the Northern High Plains/Central Rockies by Wednesday morning. The rain and higher elevation snow will briefly end over the Pacific Northwest before starting up again along the Northwest/Northern California Coast by Wednesday evening. In addition, snow will continue over parts of the Northern/Central Rockies and move into parts of the Northern Plains/Middle Mississippi Valley also by Wednesday evening. Additionally, rain will develop over parts of the Central Plains on Wednesday morning and expand into parts of the Middle Mississippi Valley by Wednesday evening.
