Low pressure over the Lower Mississippi Valley will move eastward to the Southeast Coast by late Thursday night then move northeastward to the North Carolina Coast by Friday morning. The system will then move more eastward off the coast out over the Western Atlantic by Friday evening. Showers and thunderstorms will develop over parts of the Lower Mississippi Valley on Thursday morning eastward to off the Southeast Coast by Friday morning. Likewise, rain will develop over parts of the Middle Mississippi Valley moving and expanding into parts of the Ohio Valley and the Southern Mid-Atlantic Coast by Thursday evening. The rain will begin to move off the Southern Mid-Atlantic and Carolina Coast by Friday morning and out to sea by Friday afternoon. Additionally, snow will develop over parts of the parts of the Western Ohio Valley/Middle Mississippi Valley by Thursday morning. The snow will move into parts of the Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, Central Appalachians, and Mid-Atlantic by Thursday evening.
