A storm over the Northern/Central Plains will become quasi-stationary through Monday. Showers and thunderstorms will develop along and ahead of the associated front from the Northern Plains to the Central Plains and into the Upper Mississippi Valley and parts of the Upper Great Lakes that will slowly move to parts of the Great Lakes/Ohio Valley and into the Mississippi Valley by Monday evening. Rain and highest elevation snow will develop over the Northern/Central Rockies and rain over the Northern High Plains through Monday morning.
